Happy Friday, book lovers! It’s time for another book tag today. I came across this tag on A Little Haze Book Blog recently, and it sounds like a great way to talk about some books I’m really excited for next year, so all of my answers will be relating to 2020! This tag was created by Ellyn @ Allonsythornraxx.
Your Most Ancipated Book of the Year
The book I’m most looking forward to in 2020 has to be The Hand on the Wall by Maureen Johnson. I’ve been following this series since book 1 and I can’t wait to see how it ends – just over a month to go!
A Book You’re Not Anticipating
Now, after Warcross, I’d be willing to read almost anything written by Marie Lu, but her new book out next year, The Kingdom of Back, just doesn’t sound all that interesting to me. I’ll probably end up reading it though.
Most Underhyped Anticipated Release
This one isn’t out until April, but I’m surprised that there has been so little talk about The Serpent’s Curse by Lisa Maxwell. I can’t wait to read this series finale!
A Book You’ve Been Waiting On Forever
Chain of Gold by Cassandra Clare! I think this has been delayed 3 or 4 times by now, and ever since reading the excerpt, I’ve been eagerly waiting for this book!
A Book You’re Anticipating that’s outside your comfort zone
None so far, but my 2020 list isn’t done yet, so hopefully I’ll have the chance to read something new next year.
