Monthly Wrap Up | December 2019
Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year 2020! Here’s hoping you all have a wonderful year ahead full of great books!
And here’s the final wrap-up for 2019! This was a much slower reading month for me since I was away on vacation for a while, but I took the time to reread a few favourites both old and new, along with a final few books from my 2019 TBR. Keep an eye out for my 2019 review post, coming soon!

Best of 2019
Happy Christmas Eve, readers! I know my posts have slowed down over the past two weeks, and that was because I was away on vacation and didn’t have time to schedule out enough posts in advance to cover all of my usual posting days. Things are back to normal this week though, and the year coming to an end, I figured it would be a good time to look back at my favourite books of the year – the ones that made it on to my best of year shelf, which I tend to keep very, very limited.

Book Tag: Anticipated Releases
Happy Friday, book lovers! It’s time for another book tag today. I came across this tag on A Little Haze Book Blog recently, and it sounds like a great way to talk about some books I’m really excited for next year, so all of my answers will be relating to 2020! This tag was created by Ellyn @ Allonsythornraxx.

Monthly Wrap Up | November 2019
November was a less productive month than usual for me. While I did knock off a few major reads still pending on this year’s TBR, I still have a couple of mammoth books that I’m not sure I’ll be able to get to this year, namely The Priory of the Orange Tree and Alison Weir’s latest in the Six Tudor Queens series. I also finished my reread of both The Alchemyst series and finally, The Percy Jackson books (in audio). On the downside, I came across not one, but two books that caused me to have a reading slump of nearly a week – I’m still in the process of trying to finish one of them, but more on that when I write the review for it. Overall, a rather average month, but seeing as I’m well over my reading goals for the year, a good one all the same.
